Researcher, Founder and Director Biography | 
Professor Doctor Natalia Bernal Cano was born in Colombia and she is a French citizen. She is researcher, founder and Director of the European Research Center of Comparative Law.
In France at the University of Paris I Panthéon -Sorbonne she has a Doctor of Juridical Science degree (S.J.D) under the direction of the Austrian Professor Otto Pfersmann. She obtained the degree of Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Comparative Law of European States. She was a full -time researcher of the Doctoral School of Comparative Law and Lecturer in Constitutional Law.
She is currently researcher and Director of the European Research Center of Comparative Law.
In Belgium, she carried out an ad – honorem practicum in the Belgium Constitutional Court and was a researcher, invited by the Professor Francis Delpérée from the “Université Catholique de Louvain”.
In the United States, she was a visiting researcher of the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
In Germany, she was a visiting researcher at the “Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften” from Speyer and at the “Ludwig Maximilians Universität of München”. (LMU)
Always in Germany, in the Universitity of Osnsabrück, she was Coordinator of French Law and Professor of courses in Introduction to French Law, Administrative Law and French Constitutional Law in the legal – education program in French (Fachspezifische Fremdsprachen Ausbildung) at the University of Osnabrück’s School of Law. She was a scientific assistant (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin) of the European Legal Studies Institute (Institut für europäische Rechtswissenschaft). |
